For 2017 they have a new theme for the "pop up" restaurant inside the Kitchener Market Kitchen.  See the info they provided for this year below 

 

Rising Stars – the Canapé Series.

 

On selected evenings in February, March and April, aspiring chefs, restaurant owners and entrepreneurs from Conestoga’s School of Business and Hospitality will host themed pop-up canapé evenings at the Kitchener Farmers Market.

 

Join us to enjoy a variety of international and locally inspired hors d'oeuvres, desserts and live music.

 

Attend one or all three events in the Rising Stars Canapé Series:

February 22: Locally Inspired
March 29: International Street Food Inspired
April 19: Locally Inspired
