Winter Safety Tips
Keeping yourself safe outdoors in the winter can be challenging,
but if you dress properly and take precautions, winter can be filled with lots
of fun activities.
One of the best tips we have learned over the years is WALK
LIKE A PENGUIN when on slippery ground. Basically, it means feet pointing
outward, small steps and use your arms for balance like in the video below.
While outdoor winter safety tips are important, indoor
safety is important as well. Safety Tree
wants everyone to practice indoor safety and has some upcoming classes to prepare
kids for this.
