Bring your clan down to McDougall Cottage for some egg-ceptionally good fun. Kids can dye and decorate some of their own eggs using our home-made all natural vegetable dyes. Admission by cash donation.
We'll be showing how eggs were dyed in the good ol’ days, using onion skins. Afterward, everyone is invited to join us in the Cottage’s back yard for a good old fashioned egg rolling race - just like they do at the White House. There will be Easter treats for all kids that come by.

Anne of Green Gables
The Musical
Oct 14 to Nov 8
Dunfield Theatre Cambridge
Journey to the shores of Prince Edward Island and follow the misadventures of Anne Shirley, a freckle-faced, red-haired orphan who will immediately capture your heart with her irrepressible spirit and imagination.
Anne arrives at Green Gables full of hope for a new life, but is dismayed to discover the elderly Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert had expressly asked for a boy. Despite her fiery temper, love of melodrama and proclivity for mischief, Anne manages to charm her way into their hearts … and meet some kindred spirits along the way.
Brimming with memorable music and magical moments, Anne of Green Gables is deservedly the most popular musical in Canadian theatre history. Join us for this family classic.
