Infant and Child Studies group is a group of researchers interested in better understanding child cognition: so how kids learn! All our studies are designed as games for children to play while we observe how they respond to various toys, videos or sounds. The activities are fun for the kids, and help us to understand concepts like how children learn new words, when children can begin to understand math, or what learning strategies kids use to understand new concepts. We deliver studies in person, as well as online and in take home formats.

This summer, give your child the chance to train like a champion at SydFIT Health Centre in Kitchener! Our Youth Summer Camps, led by Canadian Boxing Champion and Current Member of Team Canada, Kaitlyn Clark, are built to spark a love for boxing while building confidence, leadership, and athleticism in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Whether your child is brand new to the sport or ready to step into the competitive ring, we have a camp designed just for them.
Each week of camp is packed with boxing technique, fitness training, team-building games, and mentorship from some of the best in Canadian boxing. Athletes will be coached by Kaitlyn Clark—2x Canadian National Champion and 7x Ontario Provincial Champion—alongside our elite assistant coaches:
