Peter Rabbit 2, Rent it at home July 2! 

For one hundred years Peter Rabbit and his Friends have been delighting families with their adventures and this week Peter Rabbit 2 will be available to rent at home.

This film begins as the garden-loving animals witness the marriage of Bea and Thomas, and while Peter is happy at that moment, he begins to realize his place in their family is not what he expected it to be.  As Peter learns that everyone sees him as a mischief-maker, he longs to be known for his redeeming characteristics instead of his character flaws. When Peter befriends a new pack of animals that see him in a different light, his two worlds collide and the tale takes flight!

In PETER RABBIT™ 2, the lovable rogue is back. Bea, Thomas, and the rabbits have created a makeshift family, but despite his best efforts, Peter can’t seem to shake his mischievous reputation. Adventuring out of the garden, Peter finds himself in a world where his mischief is appreciated, but when his family risks everything to come looking for him, Peter must figure out what kind of bunny he wants to be

We think Peter Rabbit 2 will be enjoyed by all ages and it helps show that families come in all shapes, sizes and in this case species! All sorts of families will love this movie and connect with the themes in it.

Last year marked 150 years of Beatrix Potter. She is best known for her story The Tale of Peter Rabbit a story that has been shared by families worldwide.  She published more books in the series about Peter’s friends and created a Peter Rabbit plush toy. Peter Rabbit and is known for his adventures that involve him and other small animals. We got to see some of these characters be brought to life last December for the first run of The Tale of Peter Rabbit and Friends. The show was so successful they are bringing it to Steckle Farm this spring!

The Tale of Peter Rabbit and Friends is returning! This time live on the stage in the beautiful barn at Steckle Farm! Watch Peter, Tom Kitten, Jemima Puddleduck, and other beloved Beatrix Potter characters come to life in this family-friendly show full of fun, adventure, and laughter! The show runs about an hour with no intermission, and guests can stick around afterwards to visit with Steckle Farm's real live bunnies, chicks, and piglets. A great way to welcome spring!
