Avengers Station Canada is a Great Place for February Celebrations - Love it 3000

Last October we told you all about our visit to Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Then we were so happy to announce that the exhibit would be extended until January 2022,  Now we are thrilled to let our readers know that they have until February 27, 2022 to explore the Avengers Station.  Whether you are celebrating Groundhog Day, Galentine's Day, Valentine's Day, Family Day or another occasion, you are going to love it.  Maybe we should re-phrase that. You are going to Love it 3000!

Toronto's Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. will close on Toronto on February 27 and begin its International Tour. It’s time to see it if you haven’t -Now or Never. This is the last chance. 

After a very successful 1.5 years, Paquin Entertainment Group, Victory Hill Exhibitions and the Yorkdale Shopping Centre will end the Toronto run of Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. (Scientific Training And Tactical Intelligence Operative Network) on February 27, 2022 as it will begin its International tour. Now is the time to visit. Marvel Avengers' S.T.A.T.I.O.N. Puts You in the Marvel Cinematic Universe

Please note that we were given a Media Coverage Pass to attend this experience, but that just means we get to tell you all about it and you get a preview of what took place. 

Many of our readers know that we are BIG fans of the Marvel Movies and are often some of the first people in Canada to see the films and live-action events. This time we got to take our experience one step further by immersing ourselves in the surroundings of Marvel Avengers' S.T.A.T.I.O.N. 

Avengers Assemble

The Marvel Avengers' S.T.A.T.I.O.N. exhibit is a multi-media experience. They have assembled a mix of costumes that were worn in the film, display replicas, interactive posts and video screens that bring you back to your favourite moments in the films. It's like you have been put into a Marvel Movie set.

I am sure you can tell by the video that IRON MAN is my favorite Marvel Super Hero, but I really do love all the characters!

 

I even have a favourite villain and no it is not Thanos.

The retail store attached to the exhibit will carry one of the largest selections of children’s Avengers costumes for Halloween throughout the month of October; including Black Panther, Hulk, Black Widow, Thor, Iron Man, Falcon and Thanos. Marvel - Avengers Age Of Ultron : What You Need To Know

Moving Through The Marvel Timeline

Last week we had to opportunity to attend the advanced screening of the new MARVEL film
AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON
at the Scotiabank Theatre in Toronto thanks to our friends at Walt Disney Studios / Marvel Canada. Being that Diane is new to the Marvel movies, with Guardians of the Galaxy being the first Marvel movie she went to see, I needed to give her the background on all the previous movies that involved the characters known as The Avengers.

My hour long synopsis went from the first Iron Man movie to the most recent Captain America: The Winter Solider and include tidbits about Marvel's Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D. and Agent Carter.

It was a good thing I covered all the bases as a bit of everything was touched on in this film.

What You Will Love About Avengers: Age Of Ultron

This is a 3D film and from the moment it begins you feel like you are in the middle of an action packed video game. With explosions and stunt driving throughout the film you are sure to feel surrounded by the cinematic experience.

I was also having an 80s fan girl experience knowing that LESS THAN ZERO actors Robert Downey Jr. and James Spader were once again reunited to make this film.

This is one of the scenes I enjoyed most, which while it's not an action scene, it is very memorable. I love the quick quips and sarcastic banter that is part of these films.

What Is New About This Film

While the previous films were very story driven, the stories take a bit of a back seat to the action scenes.  There are great plot lines in the film, but they are more about the team working out there issues.

A Few Surprises In The Mix

No spoilers here, but there are a few things that will catch you off guard. 

• You will be able to see how The Avengers and Guardians Of The Galaxy franchaises may come together in future Marvel Films.   
• J.A.R.V.I.S. plays a bigger role with the team as apposed to just being a part of the IRON MAN movies
• There is more that meets the "Hawkeye"

We think this movie will be great for the tween to teen audience when it comes a family night out at the movies!
