We are thrilled to once again partner with our friends at The Kitchener Market for Food Revolution Day 2014.

While health nuts we are not, but just like Jamie Oliver says in his TED Talk it is about moderation.  Treats are great as long as you maitain a balanced lifestyle. We believe this and this is why we support Food Revolution Day.

Mid May Events

Tomorrow (Friday) at my work, we're hosting a DIG IN event as part of our Open House. The DIG IN event is campaign for Food Donations for The Food Bank of Waterloo Region. Their goal is 150,000 pounds of food over this campaign.Please bring your food donations to THE SIGN DEPOT at 51 Borden Ave S. Kitchener (by the Tim Horton's on the corner of Charles & Borden) tomorrow, Friday May 14th from 1-5:30pm.
