After the success of the Comedy Fundraiser last year, it is back again in support of the Starling Children's Mental Health Centre. This ages 19+ event is perfect for a Parents' Night Out so have a drink, relax and laugh, while we raise money for Starling Children's Mental Health Centre.
This time the lineup includes:
Headliner, Evan Carter, has been a frequent guest on radio and television, and also hosted his own CBC TV special. He’s been in comedy for over 40 years, opening up for some of the world’s top acts including Gladys Knight, The Temptations, Air Supply and Dionne Warwick.
Matt Disero is one of Canada's best magicians, appearing on the famed show Penn & Teller: Fool Us.
Your host, Vinny Vinelli is a comedian, writer, actor and producer. He has performed throughout North America from famed comedy clubs like Flappers (Los Angeles) to Gotham Comedy Club (New York City). And pereformed at comedy festivals such FunnyFest (Calgary, 2024), Danforth Comedy Festival (Toronto, 2024), Kenan Presents Competition - Voted Best of Show (Toronto, 2024) and many more.
Vinny also currently has two segments on MinddogTV (New York City) called Stars, Stripes and Maple Leaves and the popular Proud to be Italian series, and has co-hosted the Los Angeles-based Comedy Road podcast.
