The Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth is
excited to be able to offer Virtual Yoga with a licensed instructor, Jaci!
We began offering yoga virtually in August of this
year and have found it to be a great success with people of varying ages.
Jaci's approach to practice is gentle and relaxing and the feedback we have
received about her teaching has been excellent. Virtual Yoga takes place on
