This fundraiser open house combo is to help raise money for the Kitchener Icepirates; a local hockey team here in Kitchener for developmentally challenged/delayed kids. They are heading to Boston in April for their end of the year tournament and they need your help to get them there. Our goal is to raise $5,000 for them. There is going to be lots to do and see; health and wellness seminars, BBQ, car wash, silent auction and more.

car show in Paris Sunday. It is huge with about 800 + cars every year at the Paris Fairgrounds. It is put on by the Brantford Kinsmen!

At 2:30 p.m the first Live Fire demonstration will be performed by Fire Prevention staff of Waterloo Fire Rescue using our kitchen cooking trailer. Demonstrations to also occur at 3:00 p.m and 3:30 p.m.
Please note: Parking for this event is limited. A shuttle service will transport people from the main lot at RIM Park to the fire station.

Also July 18th fundraiser for Julie at Grand River Sports Medicine Centre in Kitchener (700 Strasburg Rd - Forest Glen Plaza) on July 18th, 2010. We are advertising it as a BBQ, and will have games for kids, raffles, silent auction items, and a craft/bake sale. All proceeds will go directly towards funding Julie's on-going care (we will not be donating it to charity).&
