The 80s were a decade of full of screaming guitars and hair
bands. This era of music is captured
well in Drayton Entertainment’s ROCK OF AGES. The themes of Sex, Drugs and ROCK N ROLL get
mixed up with a love story and those taking a stand during a time of change for
the Los Angeles strip. Together these storylines combine to make up a musical
spectacular you must see to believe!
From set design to the choregraphed dance moves, no detail
was left behind when it came to setting the stage for this rocking
performance. It was a mix of a rock
concert and the story of young love with each element having its own plot
twists and humorous escapades.

Wondering what we thought of ROCK OF AGES? Well both Diane
and I have had watched this show before. Diane went to the first run of it in
Toronto years ago where as I have only watched the film version of this
musical.
Diane mentioned that the Toronto version did not have the
comedic elements that this show did and she really appreciated how fun Drayton
Entertainment made the show. Being that
I only watched the movie I had different plot lines in mind with different
characters and enjoyed it being a fresh version of the story.
We appreciated this wild and crazy version of ROCK OF AGES and
we think you will too! It will have you singing in your seat and maybe even
dancing in the aisles! Are you ready to rock? Then get set for this hard rock
