Yesterday we attended the Season Four kickoff event for the KW Titans.
We have been at kickoff events for the team in gyms
and tech
hubs but this year the KW Titans took a very different approach and held the
gathering in the historic Huether Hotel.
Perhaps this is to represent their intent to leave their mark on KW’s
history. Last season was a milestone for
the team as they made it to the Central Division finals, but this year Coach
Cavell Johnson has a lot in common with Captain Marvel
The KW Titans are aiming high with hopes to go further into
the playoffs and become a fast team in order to become National Basketball League of Canada
Champions.
Right now, they are in the midst of Exhibition games but next
week they take the court for the Home Opener.
KW Titans Season Four Home Opener
On Saturday December 28, 2019 the KW Titans play their first
home game of the season at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium at 2pm. It will be
a great afternoon of professional basketball and they want their fans to turn
up to see them play and #TurnItUP all season.
KW Titans Team Veteran Ed Horton even mentioned it during
the player Q&A at the event. He is
looking forward to hearing the crowd get loud at the games especially when the
opposing team is shooting their foul shots.
We think this will be a great way to spend the Christmas
Break. You may even want to get your
