CrossFit Kitchener has recently opened right next to Grand River Rocks and we're excited to be able to team up with them for PD Day Day-Camps as well as 1-Week Camps for Kids for March Break as well as dates in July and August.
Our March Break Camp runs Mon to Fri and combines CrossFit activities, climbing and swimming at Cameron Heights pool! Very excited to offer this great trio of activities to the kids.
