    Dunfield Theatre Cambridge

    Circus Incognitus with Jamie Adkins
    Saturday, February 20 at 11AM & 2PM
    Recommended for 5 Years +

In Circus Incognitus, virtuoso clown Jamie Adkins is the vulnerable everyman, who has just written a terrific show. He wanders onto stage with the new show in a box, delighted to find the audience ready waiting. Knowing he has just the thing, Jamie struggles to build the scene around him using everyday objects. Things go awry as his props prove most unhelpful. Theatre goers even get involved in the endeavour by tossing lemons for Jamie to catch on a fork...held between his teeth!

    Love That Dog: Theatergoep Kwatta
    Saturday, April 16 at 11AM and 2PM
    CENTRE DEBUT

Jack hates poetry. Only girls write it and every time he tries to, his brain feels empty. But his teacher, Ms. Stretchberry won't stop giving her class poetry assignments - and Jack can't avoid them. But then something amazing happens. The more he writes, the more he learns he does have something to say. With a fresh and deceptively simple style, acclaimed author Sharon Creech tells a story with enormous heart. Written as a series of free-verse poems from Jack's point of view, Love That Dog shows how one boy finds his own voice with the help of a teacher, a writer, a pencil, some yellow paper, and of course, a dog.

    Big Bad Wolf
    Saturday, April 30 at 11AM and 2PM
    CENTRE DEBUT
Recommended for Grades K-2nd, Family Audiences

Windmill Theatre creates and presents incredible performances that captivate our audience's imaginations and resonate deeply. The company's artistic vision has created a unique and distinctive house style of theatre that makes true adventure and creative ingenuity synonymous with the Windmill name. Big Bad Wolf is the most misunderstood character in fairytale history. Put simply, he has no friends -- just incredibly sharp teeth, yellow eyes and his own ideas about personal hygiene. Luckily Heidi Hood, the second cousin twice removed of Little Red, is brave enough to see past this wolf's bad press and an unlikely friendship is born. This hilarious, table-turning tale complete with puppetry, a poetry competition, and plenty of dancing will have you wondering why you were so scared in the first place.
