The Chase Is ON as the Mudpuppy Chase Celebrates 14 Years – Enter To Win

On Your Mark

This year marks the 14th annual Mudpuppy Chase.  For those unfamiliar with the event it is a family friendly running race that raises funds for local charities. It is for all levels of running so be sure to find the timeslot that works best for you!  To get you inspired about how fun it could be to run with your little ones, check out the video below.

Get Set

Here is the info you need to get set for the Mudpuppy Chase.
It takes place on Sunday May 5 2019 at the University of Waterloo Campus at the David Johnson tech park and adjacent University of Waterloo Environmental Preserve.
There will be 3k or 5k run or a 600m dash for the kids. Start times vary
9:00 a.m. 600 m race
9:20 a.m. 3k race for students starts
10:20 a.m. 5k open race for adults, families, children

Registration comes with a shirt, finisher's medal, and  post-race food.
Fundraising and age category prizes are awarded on-site after the race.

  4. My boys just started participating in their running club at school and this would be a huge opportunity for them to use and improve their running skills while raising money for charity. We work had at teaching our children to be charitable people and the fact that it is going locally is fantastic!!! Hopefully we win!!!
