It's A Bird, It's A Plane, No It's Lots Of Planes! On Canada Day weekend we got to experience the Waterloo Air Show from the media tent at the Region of Waterloo International Airport and what an experience it was!

Taking a Nostaglic LookIn between the flights there was a lot to take in at the show. There were quite a few historical planes onsite and opportunities to take a spin with their pilots! For the kiddo crowd there were planes they could climb into and lots of photo opps with the all airplanes and their flight teams.

More Than Just An Aerial ShowIn addition to the planes there was a jet powered school bus, a food truck rally and cool zones situated throughout the viewing areas. While the weather was warm, what really warmed our hearts was the thoughtfulness of the Waterloo Air Show to provide a sheltered area for the Canadian Forces Veterans in attendance.
We had a great time at the 2014 Waterloo Air Show and suggest following them on twitter to learn more about Canadian aviation.
