Want to take part in setting a world record? Who doesn't want to dress like a zombie and perform Michael Jackson's Thriller dance? Thrill the World KW is a fundraising event for the Working Centre. Workshops will be held to learn the Thriller Dance! A huge group of people from KW will perform the dance simultaneously with thousands of other people Worldwide! Starlight Film Fest
United Way fundraiser where teens (ages 13-18) get the chance to watch movies and consume popcorn, nachos and pop until dawn. This is a safe and supervised event, complete with representatives from St. John Ambulance and Waterloo Regional Police, as well as many trained adult volunteers.
Date: Friday, October 23, 2009.
