The Humane
Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth is excited to be able to
offer Virtual Yoga with a licensed instructor, Jaci!
We began offering
yoga virtually in August of this year and have found it to be a great success
with people of varying ages. Jaci's approach to practice is gentle and
relaxing and the feedback we have received about her teaching has been
excellent.
