With Hurricane Sandy heading our way chances are the Halloween Trick or Treating may be rained out.

Here's a list of Indoor Halloween Parties and Festivities to make sure that your kids get to Dress Up and maybe can even Trick Or Treat on October 31st!

Please note the lunchtime program at the Kitchener Market has been cancelled, but stop by for treats and colouring pages.  The afternoon event at the Market hosted by the KPL is still happening.
