There's So Much To See @ #CNE2016 – Canadian National Exhibition HINTS
We began at the Canadian
International Air Show where you had the opportunity to see historic planes
pass by. Some of them soaring while
others were performing stunts.
HINT: Walk through the FARM
BULIDING out past the SECRET GARDEN to get a shady spot under a tree and
then you also get to hear the broadcasters inform you of which planes and
pilots you are about to see.
Next took the EXpress Train and we
headed for the International Stage to see KONTERSCHWUNG: The Cool Swiss Acrobats perform.
HINT: Be sure to arrive about an hour ahead of time to be able to grab a
seat. Even the aisles were full with
people trying to see the show.
Also in the same building we came across one of our Kitchener Waterloo
friends, ChefD!
After that it was time to get in line for the Hit
List! Aerial Acrobatic and Ice Skating Show. Attending the ice skating show at
the Ricoh Coliseum is an annual event for us.
No matter what we make sure that we schedule our day around the yearly
show.
HINT: This is a great way to cool down and
refresh.
After grabbing some dinner in the FOOD BUILDING
it was time to head for the MOLSON MIDWAY STAGE to see WANTED, the Bon Jovi
Tribute and they did not disappoint!
HINT: Always check the daily schedule to ensure you get to
see all the shows that are of interest to you!
You might be wondering what it cost to attend all
of these shows at the CNE. That’s the
best part all of these shows were included with your Grounds Admission
ticket. Imagine if you have to pay to
see all these great acts separately? So always be sure to check which shows are free with CNE
admission. You will be surprised at all
the different offerings that the Canadian National Exhibition has to offer! We think it will make a fantastic day trip for any age group.
