Last week we attended the first Conestoga College Rising Stars Dinner @ Kitchener Market. This was a first of an ongoing series happening over the next few weeks at the Kitchener Market's Marketplace Kitchen.As you can see by the images below it was a very unique menu with lots of variety.Conestoga College School of Business and Hospitality presents:

These culinary entrepreneurs-in-training will be showcasing local ingredients and exciting menus in a variety of styles, including Asian Street Food, Southern BBQ, East Coast Seafood and more.Each 4 course dinner includes Soup, Appetizer, Main Course and Dessert.
