The Kratt Brothers In Brantford
Animated Kratt Brothers, Martin and Chris, "come to real life" in a classically Wild Kratts story.
Off "To the Creature Rescue!” the Kratt Brothers activate some fan favorite Creature Power Suits to confront a comic villain. Through hilarious pratfalls and amazing animal ‘wow facts’ the Wild Kratts team rescues a helpless animal friend and returns her home "Living Free and in the Wild!"

Activities planned for this years event include live entertainment for both children and adults beginning at 7 p.m. on Civic Square until the clock hits midnight.
Inside the Rotunda we'll feature a Toy Con and 80's throwback party presented by Canadian Toy Con, a vintage arcade games lounge presented by Games Exchange, 80's videos and more.

Children's Programming will take place on Civic Square from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Waterloo Public Square and Various Facilities
The City of Waterloo celebrates New Year's Eve - Dec. 31 - with activities at our recreation facilities thanks to generous support from sponsors. Ring in the new year with us!
Family celebration in Waterloo Public Square will run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Dec. 31, with free outdoor skating to today’s hottest music and special effects by Thunderstorm productions. Enjoy Free hot chocolate courtesy of Tim Hortons plus free party favors while supplies last!
Mad science will be on hand for the evening with jaw-dropping demonstrations and free interactive activities for the kids. This year, everyone can take home their very own home made slime to enjoy for hours on end.
Tim Holland the puppet tamer, with his crazy antics and funny friends, has just been added to the exciting lineup.
Kids who can’t stay up until the clock strikes midnight can take part in an early countdown at 9 p.m. with a free ginger ale “champagne” toast, followed by the FX Worx Inc. fireworks display raining down on the Public Square.
Free indoor public skating will be held at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex and RIM Park’s Manulife Financial Sportsplex from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. These events have been generously sponsored by Tim Hortons.

Pomme: The Story of An Apple

Pomme is an apple who wishes to become a person, and through his journey he discovers that being an apple is really okay. Full of gentle wit and humour, Pomme is a puppet poem to savour as a family.
