Community Health and Wellness Fair

Summary: The Community Health Fair will provide members of the Kitchener-Waterloo community with an opportunity to learn more about a wide variety of health topics. Community members can also bring expired, or otherwise unusable medications, to the Health Fair for safe disposal. Light refreshments and door prizes will also be offered. Onsite parking is not available. Please use public transit or access downtown city lots.

Summary: Canstruction is a foodraising event that brings teams of engineers, designers, architects and students together to compete in designing and building intricate sculptures from thousands of cans of food. All of the cans/building materials are then donated to the Food Bank of Waterloo region and used to feed individuals in our community.
